Q1：什麼是 PCM 相變物料？真的能降溫嗎？What is PCM phase change material? Does it actually cool pets down?
A：我們選用 28℃規格的環保 PCM 相變物料，低於 28℃時會自動固化並蓄存冷能，接觸寵物體表時緩慢融化、持續吸收體熱，帶來溫和持久的涼感，無需插電、無需長時間冰凍也能實現穩定降溫。
We use eco-friendly 28℃ PCM phase change material. It automatically solidifies and stores cooling energy below 28℃, and slowly melts to continuously absorb body heat when in contact with pets, delivering mild and long-lasting coolness. It works without electricity or prolonged freezing.
Q2：PCM 物料對寵物安全嗎？萬一咬破會有毒嗎？Is PCM material safe for pets? Is it toxic if the pad is chewed open?
A：產品使用的 PCM 為環保無毒配方，正常皮膚接觸完全無害。若不慎輕微咬破滲漏，及時清理並停用即可；但仍建議避免寵物長時間啃咬，務必搭配原廠外罩使用，降低滲漏風險。
The PCM used in our product is an eco-friendly non-toxic formula, completely harmless for normal skin contact. If slight leakage occurs from chewing, clean it promptly and discontinue use. We still recommend avoiding prolonged chewing and always using the original outer cover to reduce leakage risk.
Q3：PCM 內膽可以直接給寵物躺嗎？Can pets lie directly on the PCM inner core?
A：不建議直接使用。外層萊賽爾棉面料可緩衝低溫、保護寵物關節，同時能抵擋抓撓、降低滲漏風險，請務必搭配原廠外罩使用。
It is not recommended for direct use. The outer Lyocell cotton fabric buffers low temperature to protect pets' joints, and also resists scratches to lower leakage risk. Please always use it with the original outer cover.
Q4：冬天也能用嗎？怎麼實現保暖？Can it be used in winter? How does it provide warmth?
A：一墊兩用，四季都可使用。室溫偏低時，取出 PCM 內膽後將墊子翻面，底層銀鋁複合隔熱層會鎖住寵物體溫，實現溫和保暖，不用額外購買專用保暖墊。
One pad works for all seasons. When room temperature is low, remove the PCM inner core and flip the pad over. The silver-aluminum composite insulation bottom layer locks in your pet's body heat for gentle warmth, no extra warm pad needed.
Q5：習慣開 20℃以下冷氣適合買嗎？Is it suitable if I keep my air conditioning below 20℃?
A：依然適用，只需調整使用方式：取出 PCM 內膽，翻面使用銀鋁隔溫層鎖溫即可，既能避免墊面溫度過低涼到寵物，也能發揮墊子的保暖作用。
It is still suitable — just adjust how you use it. Remove the PCM inner core and flip the pad to use the silver-aluminum insulation layer for warmth retention. This prevents the pad from being too cold for your pet while making use of its warming function.
Q6：標準尺寸是多大？適合什麼體重的寵物？What is the standard size? Which pet weight is it suitable for?
A：標準尺寸為 43×33cm，建議 5kg 以內的小型犬貓使用；體重僅供參考，最終以寵物實際身長（35cm 以內）為準，體型偏胖但身長合適也可正常使用。
The standard size is 43×33cm, recommended for small cats and dogs under 5kg. Weight is for reference only — actual body length (within 35cm) shall prevail. Heavier but shorter pets can also use it normally.
Q7：可以定制顏色嗎？工期會更久嗎？Can I customize the color? Will it take longer to produce?
A：除三款常備標準色外，舒適基礎款、尊享升級款全系列均可加價定制色卡其餘顏色，定制費用為 HK
$200，製作週期為 4-6 個工作天，較標準色多 1 個工作天。
Besides the three standard stock colors, both Essential and Premium models are eligible for custom colors from our swatch card for an extra HK$200. Custom color orders take 4–6 business days, 1 business day longer than standard colors.
Q8：下單後多久可以發貨？可以加急嗎？How long does it take to ship after ordering? Is rush production available?
A：標準色產品製作週期為 3-5 個工作天，定制色為 4-6 個工作天，運輸時效依物流安排。目前暫不提供加急製作服務，敬請見諒。
Standard color products have a production lead time of 3–5 business days, and custom colors take 4–6 business days. Delivery time depends on logistics arrangements. Rush production service is currently not available. Thank you for your understanding.
Q9：收到貨品有質量問題怎麼辦？What should I do if there is a quality issue with my order?
A：若收到貨品存在縫紉瑕疵、物料滲漏等質量缺陷，請於簽收後 72 小時內聯繫客服並提供照片，核實屬實後我們會承擔運費為您辦理更換。
If there are quality defects such as stitching flaws or material leakage upon receipt, please contact customer service within 72 hours of delivery with photos. After verification, we will cover the shipping cost for a replacement.
Q10：運費如何計算？支持配送哪些地區？How is shipping calculated? Which regions do you ship to?
A：目前開放香港本地、東南亞、澳洲及歐洲地區配送，運費按地區分級收取：香港本地統一為 HK$30，東南亞地區統一為 HK$200，澳洲及歐洲地區統一為 HK
$250。運費將於結帳時一併計算，實際配送時效依物流安排。
We ship to Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, Australia and Europe. Shipping fees are charged by region: a flat rate of HK$30 for local Hong Kong, HK$120 for Southeast Asia, and HK$180 for Australia and Europe. The shipping fee will be calculated at checkout, and actual delivery time is subject to logistics arrangements.
Q11：請問支持退換貨嗎？Do you accept returns, exchanges or refunds?
A： 本產品外罩皆為全人手接單製作，屬於定制化商品，因此不支持退款；若收到貨品後發現有質量問題（如縫紉瑕疵、物料損壞等），可於簽收後 24 小時內聯繫客服並提供照片，核實後我們會為您辦理免費換貨，運費由我方承擔。敬請見諒。
A: All product covers are 100% handcrafted and made-to-order, which are custom items — refunds are not available. If you receive a product with quality issues (such as stitching defects or material damage), please contact customer service within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
